Delivery

• Processing Time: All personalized orders are made with care and ship within 7 business days.

• Shipping Methods: We offer reliable standard shipping options at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

 Local Pickup

• Free Pickup: Choose Local Pickup at checkout to skip shipping fees.

• Pickup Location: will be sent to you when your item is ready for pick up. 

• Pickup Timeframe: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Most pickups are available within 7 business days.

• Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.

 Important Notes

• Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order, as customized items are made to order and cannot be modified once production begins.

• We currently ship within Canada and US, but feel free to reach out for special requests.
