What is your return policy?

All personalized/custom orders and sale items are Final Sale. If you placed a full-price non-personalized order (an item without personalized text or images), you are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

How do I see a preview of my item?

If you chose to personalize an item, the preview was available to you after clicking the "Customize Me" button.  

I saw an item on your Instagram account, do you have it available online?

All items posted on our Instagram account @stich.and.gift are available for purchase, unless sold out. Feel free to email or DM us on Instagram if you need assistance finding a specific item online.

Do you sell gift cards?

    Not yet, soon though.

    When will my order ship?

      Non-personalized orders ship within 1 business day. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

      Turnaround time for personalized items averages 5-7 business days. If you need an item rushed (2 business days) there is a $12 fee.  

      What if I receive an item that is damaged?

        We apologize for the inconvenience! If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

        What payment methods do you accept?

          We accept Visa and MasterCard.

                Yes! We offer personalization’s on items not purchased at our store starting at $15. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

                On each product page, simply fill in the personalization box and select your font and color options (if available). Double-check spelling before adding to cart!
